About the event

The Mind-Body Skills Group is an eight-week program with a two hour virtual session each week.  Individuals will learn a range of the most effective, science-based tools for self-care, stress management, resilience, health, and overall wellbeing.   If you would like to learn more about the 8 week program, join us for a 1 hour virtual preview on April 21 from 7-8pm. This program will be co-facilitated by Suzanne Clifford and Kyle Miller, Advanced Practioners of Mind Body Skills with the Center for Mind Body Medicine.  The program will run every Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm between April 27, 2021 and June 7, 2021 via Zoom.
